Isotopes Park -- Regulations
ADA Accommodations
Isotopes Park is completely ADA accessible. Disabled guests may enter Isotopes Park at any of the entry gates. Parking lot A is designated for media and ADA parking.
Alcohol Management
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into or removed from Isotopes Park. New Mexico State law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Limit two drinks per person per purchase. No one is allowed to carry more than two alcoholic beverages at one time.
ATM
The in-stadium ATMs (Automatic Teller Machines) are located behind sections 102 and 105 on the concourse level and at the club level main entrance.
Baby Changing Tables
Baby Changing Tables are located in all restrooms in Isotopes Park. There are "Family Restrooms" that are located on the 1st and 3rd base concourse, club, and press level.
Backpacks and other Bags
For your safety, all bags are subject to search.
Beverages, Food & Containers
No bottles, cans, food, beverages or containers may be brought into Isotopes Park, with the exceptions of sealed bottled water. Ovations Foodservice will make every effort to accommodate fans with dietary restrictions.
Cameras
Still and hand-held video cameras are welcome in the Park, but tripods cannot be set up or block the view of other guests. Video reproduction is strictly prohibited without express written consent from the Albuquerque Isotopes.
Cellular Phones
Cellular phones are permitted in the Park provided their use does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game.
Comments/Suggestions
Fans may register comments and/or suggestions during the game at the REDW Guest Services Booth. Fans may also mail in comments/suggestions to: Albuquerque Isotopes Baseball Club, 1601 Avenida Cesar Chavez Blvd SE. Albuquerque, NM 87106. Fans may also email comments/suggestions by visiting the Isotopes website at www.albuquerquebaseball.com.
Concessions
Ovations is the food service provider for the Albuquerque Isotopes. They are recognized for their unequaled style of service, quality of product, and hospitality.
Credit Cards
Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted for ticket purchases. These cards, along with American Express, are also welcomed in the Isotopes Pro Shop.
Elevators
Isotopes Park is equipped with two elevators located at the main entrance and inside the gate near the 3rd base stairwell. The elevators provide access for suite and club seat holders, disabled guests, Isotopes front office staff, and press box personnel.
Exit Procedure
Guests are asked to exit the stadium through the designated exits located on the concourse level. There are two main exits located on the 1st and 3rd base side. During the game, fans are permitted to leave Isotopes Park and return provided they present their ticket and have their hand stamped through the pass gate.

First Aid
The First Aid Office is located on the 1st base concourse behind section 102/104.
Foul Balls
The holder of each ticket assumes all risks and danger arising from the action of the players, coaches, and officials on the field, before, during, or after the actual occurrence of the event. Such risks and danger include but are not limited to being injured by objects such as bats, balls, bases, helmets, and promotional merchandise which are thrown, batted, kicked, shot, tossed, etc. from the field, bullpens, dugouts, photographer’s wells and other areas on the stadium grounds. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, facility, city, league, participants, participating clubs, Ticketmaster, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are expressly released by ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
Lost and Found
During games, guests may inquire about lost and found items at the REDW Guest Services Booth. To inquire about lost and found items after a game, guests may call the Stadium Operations Department at 924-2255 during business hours 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Items will be held for seven (7) days before being discarded or donated.
Lost Children
In the event a guest becomes separated from his or her child, please take the guest to the REDW Guest Services Booth. Emergency P.A. paging can be arranged.
Luxury Suites
Isotopes Park has 30 luxury suites complete with indoor/outdoor seating, wet bar, cable TV, etc. Fans inquiring about suites can call 924-2255.
Merchandise
The Isotopes Pro Shop is open 10am to 5pm, M-F year round as well as 12-4 on Saturdays during the season. The Pro Shop provides different styles of Isotopes hats, clothing, and souvenirs. Isotopes apparel and souvenirs are available online at albuquerquebaseball.com. The Pro Shop accepts cash, baseball bucks, American Express, Visa and Mastercard.
Message Board
The message board is located beneath the PNM Videoboard in the left field area. The special group and/or birthday announcements must be called in 24 hours in advance to the Isotopes office at 924-2255.
Nets
Butterfly nets or any other kind of nets that could interfere with play on the field is prohibited.
Noisemakers
Plastic bazooka horns, air horns, bugles, or any other type of noisemaker deemed offensive or dangerous to guests are prohibited in the Park.
On-Field Access
Only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field before and during games. Any unauthorized person entering the field or the top of the dugouts will be removed from the Park and be subject to arrest.
Paging (In-Stadium)
Paging is available for emergency situations only (i.e. lost children, phoned emergencies, etc.). Guests can visit the REDW Guest Services Booth to request a PA announcement. The Isotopes reserve the right to deny any announcement deemed unnecessary.
Parking
Free parking is available at all Isotopes events. General event parking is located throughout the surrounding University of New Mexico lots. The lots in front of the Park are only available to permit holders.
Pets
Pets are not permitted inside Isotopes Park. However, service dogs (i.e., guide dogs for persons with disabilities) are permitted in the Park.
Picnic Pavilion
The Blakes Lotaburger Picnic Pavilion has two sittings (pre- and in-game picnic) and can accommodate and feed groups up to 425 people. Interested parties can contact the Isotopes at 924-2255.
Public Courtesy Phone
The Alltel Courtesy Phone provides free local calling during all Isotopes Events. The Courtesy phone is located at the REDW Guest Services Booth on the concourse.
Radio Broadcasts
All 144 Isotopes baseball games can be heard on KNML, "The Sports Animal", 610 AM.
Radios/Televisions
Hand-held radios and televisions are welcome at Isotopes Park as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game. The Isotopes reserve the right to ask any guest to discontinue use of such devices.
Rain Check Policy
If an official game is not played, that being 4.5 innings if home team is leading or 5 innings if game is tied or if visiting team is leading, the ticket may be used as a rain check. In this case, this ticket may be exchanged for a ticket of equal value, based on seating availability, for any future regular season, non-restricted home game during the 2005 season. Exchanges are accepted exclusively at the Isotopes Park Box Office. Tickets for official games which are suspended after becoming official contests do not qualify as rain checks. Schedules
Pocket Schedules are available at the Ticket Office and at the REDW Guest Services Booth.
Seating Policy
Guests should sit only in the seats for which they hold valid tickets. Guests may be asked to show their ticket stub if there is confusion over a specific seat.
Smoke-Free Policy
Smoking is prohibited at Isotopes Park.

Strollers
A ticket is not required for a stroller as long as the stroller is going to be on the BERM, the SUITES, the PATIO, or if it is an umbrella stroller which can be folded and stored underneath the chairs. If the stroller is taking up a seat in the main seating bowl or in the club section – thus prohibiting us from selling that seat – a ticket is required for the stroller.

Umbrellas
Guests may bring umbrellas into Isotopes Park as long as they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game. For the comfort and consideration of all guests, it is requested that those using umbrellas be considerate of those around them.
