Unused Ticket Exchange Policy
Box Level & Reserved Level Exchange Policy
Don's worry if you can't make every game. Any unused Season Tickets can be exchanged for a Reserved Level seat for any non-restricted 2007 regular season Sunday-Thursday home game. (based on availability)
Club Level Exchange Policy
Any unused Club Level Season Tickets can be exchanged for any ticket of the same or lesser value for any non-restricted 2007 regular season Sunday-Thursday home game. (based on availability)
Restriced dates: April 5, May 26, May 27, July 2, July 3
Unused Season Tickets must be redeemed at the Isotopes Park Box Office.
Donate Your Season Tickets to New Mexico's Youth and Charitable Organizations.
Donate the unused tickets to the "Take You Out to the Ballgame" community program, which distributes tickets to non-profit youth organizations and underprivileged youth.
How It Works
Drop off unused Season Tickets at the REDW Guest Services booth at any Isotopes home game, at the Isotopes Administration Office Monday-Friday 10:00am-4:30pm or mail to Albuquerque Isotopes Public Relations Department, 1601 Avenida Cesar Chavez SE Albuquerque, NM 87106.
All dontated tickets will be distributed to non-profit youth organizations, schools, community agencies and underprivileged youth that have put in a request for tickets through this program.
